Battery Life

Will I damage my iPhone X battery if I used it to play games like Asphalt 8 or Fortnite or something while it is charging? I like to play games while using a controller, but using a controller and playing at the same time drains the battery quickly. So could I play while charging my phone?

Battery health Hello! I just have a little question. I was wondering if playing intense games on my iPhone 12 would lower the battery health cause I’ve read that games like Genshin impact (the game I wanted to play) drain your battery health quick.
