Can’t upgrade from 10.7 5

I’m having trouble upgrading my MacBook Pro from 10.7 5. It says there no software update available and I’ve been unable to download anything to work.

Is there any way someone can tell me what steps I need to take in order to get the latest version. I literally only want to be able to watch Hulu on here hahaha but I can’t without the latest browsers etc
