I am using Quick Start to set up new SE. When prompted to load passcode of old iPhone 6 in new SE I think I typed wrong passcode. Now both phones appear to be hung up in 'Activating your iPhone'. Suggestions?

We would recommend restarting both devices and starting the process over.
You may need to factory restore just the new phone first (not your old phone) before starting the process over: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
