i have gen 1 airpods and lost the case so i bought a replacement one (its not a fake). when i try to put the airpods in, they refuse to stay (they keep popping out.) its like a magnetic force when you try to put the same sides on two magnets toward each other. has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix it?

It sounds like you had to get a replacement charging case for your 1st Generation AirPods, but they don't fit inside of the case. They keep popping out of the case when you attempt to charge them. We'd like to steer you in the right direction.

They can look into that replacement part sent, to confirm it's the correct case for your 1st Generation AirPods.
