Apple support is taking very long to fix my Activation Lock

Hi,


I logged a case with apple support during the end of may 2020.


I was told to re submit my document of proof almost 2 months later 22nd July 2020. I submitted every proof that i have for being the owner for the iPhone and in the document it had the iPhone serial number. Why is apple keep asking me to submit my documents then?


I tried contacting apple support team via hotline, chat and their responses for it every single time is for me to wait for another 2 to 10 days.


I got frustrated, went down to the nearest store and they simply told me that they can't help to fix my activation lock issue and to contact apple support online to log a case.


It's a brand new phone that I PURCHASED and i have no idea why apple is taking so long to fix my issue?


I am tired of chasing you people, can someone please help to investigate this and help to really fix my phone?


This is very disappointing for me. I have to pay for my mobile subscription till date for not using the iPhone. Is apple going to give any compensation for that?


I really need someone to take my case seriously and do something about it.
