yesterday someone contacted with me from the team but the line is cutoff either from your side or my side because of contacting to other country.

any how still my problem not solved yet, I try my best but still I can’t repair my mother IPad, it’s really difficult. I hope you will find something it could help.

if you have any good solutions just send to me but maybe direct contact by mobile it will not effect.

for more informations, I don’t have apple ID, username, password or email that was registered for it.

If your mother is the original owner, have her contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.
