MacBook Pro heating up with fan noise and the issue is recurring after servicing

I got my MacBook Pro on June 17th from Imagine store, Chennai exclusively for my online teaching. But on the same day of purchase itself , it started heating up very badly with fan noise with no extra apps. But due to lockdown I could not take it to the service centre immediately. Then I took it to icare near to my residence (iplanet, Selaiyur) .After one week I got back the device with the same problem of heating up with fan noise. Due to full lockdown for 19 days, I could not take it back to service centre again. So on the 20th day, I took it to Imagine store where I purchased for replacing it. But then I was not allowed to go inside the store and I was directed to icare sevice centre of their store Ample. Finally after waiting there for more than one hour, I handed over the laptop to icare.

I got back the laptop after 5 days saying that the issues are rectified. As they said I didnt get fan noise now. But its still heating up terribly in spite of not installing many apps. I only teach online classes for three hours daily in Google Meet and this is the purpose of getting MacBook Pro which is of no use to me now. My teaching was affected on those days when my laptop was in service centre as this is my primary laptop.
