In Apple Mail, Can I have Subject Line in Bold to focus on conversations.

Is it possible to make the subject line bold, instead of user names. Most of the times during search; a person tends to refer conversation (subject line) and go to person who in that list. But this is for long back emails. Beside the search does not work on current folder/directory but gathers all INBOX data.

For all recently mail most people scroll over the inbox. Is it possible to have the subject line BOLD or bigger instead of users for focused access ?
