I plugged my phone into my hp, how do i launch itunes and back up all of my music on my computer?

I plugged my iPhone into my hp to back up the music onto my computer. Only the photos are downloading

You can not transfer music from your phone to your computer.

If you purchased the music from the iTunes Store, you can re-download it using the same Apple ID at no charge.

Any other music had to come from your computer to begin with. It should still be there.
