Verify email
I am having trouble signing in. My user ID and password is correct. Then is asks me to verify email and it won't accept my mac email I have been using for years. Any suggestions? I have been on this email nonstop and this just occured

We're happy to help you with the trouble you're having verifying your Apple ID email address. Are you using another non-Apple email with this account? if so, click here: Apple ID
Sign in with that Apple ID and password, then go to "Edit" in the Account section. Click "Change Apple ID", and enter the email address that is set as the Apple ID name. Click continue and enter the verification code sent to that email address. Click "Verify", and then sign out of that Apple ID account. Sign back in with your @Mac.com email, and when asked to verify the email, click "Continue". Enter the verification code sent to that email address, and click "Verify". This will verify your primary email address.
