Latest 2020 update mail unable to view Bcc recipients in email I have sent On my iPad Mini 4, 13.5.1

After sending an email, I use to be able to click on “No Recipients” in my sent file to check to whom it was sent. However, yesterday Aug 2020, when I tried to do this no addresses were listed. I’ve tried everything I would use before, checked the internet but can’t find an answer. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution to being able to review the no recipients in the Bcc addresses in the sent email on my iPad? Fortunately I was able to review the list on my IPhone 6 plus which is only running 12.4.6.

Thanks LotusPilot for your help. Sorry I didn’t get back earlier but your suggestion of updating did finally work. I thought it hadn’t because I was still trying to see the Bcc recipients of the previous email I had sent(Before I had updated). However, when I sent a new trial email, after I had updated, I could see the the recipients had listed. Thank you for coming to my rescue. Best wishes, and once more I apologies for my tardy reply.

I’m puzzled by your initial question - and despite having attempted to comprehend your description, click on “No Recipients” in my sent file doesn’t adequately capture the issue such that I can formulate a constructive reply.

Can you try to clearly describe the action that you are attempting to perform - and the expected output? Perhaps attach screenshots to illustrate the problem (obviously redacting any personal/sensitive information - such as email addresses etc.).
