Email BCC
Why can’t I use BCC in my mail on my new iPad. A white tag appears with BCC but I cannot either type recipients or have them added from my contacts.

not sure how it worked with old ios9 but when I click bcc field i get a circle with a + inside it in the most right part of the textbox
