Hello! I just bought a secondhand apple watch from someone and unfortunately he said that he removed his apple watch from his phone and we couldn't pair the watch with my phone. He didn't give us the email and password either. Please help me!

Sorry there's no help, you got scammed. The previous owner must first un-pair the Watch.
