Difficulty signing in an Apple ID into a new iPhone 6s Plus

I am finding it difficult to sign in a newly created Apple ID into a new iPhone 6s Plus which I bought. The message I keep receiving is “Too many Apple ID signed in” and due to that I can’t access App Store or iCloud or iTunes. Was been referred to the Apple support to seek perform on signing in another Apple ID into the phone.

See If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210743. From the document (and see the remedy given in the document for each situation)

"If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID message, it means that you have exceeded the number of new Apple IDs you can set up with iCloud on a single device in one year."

"If you see a Could Not Set Up iCloud message, it means that you have exceeded the number of Apple IDs you can set up with iCloud on a single device in one year."

Again, see the remedy given in the document for each situation. Also, note that if you want to use a new Apple ID, you can create it on another device and use it from any device.
