Apps are reloading while switching

I am using my iPad 7 for my office tasks. But apps are reloading while switching between apps, It is tough to work on it. Please revert back at the earliest with a solution.

I tried every single step available on internet but they didn’t work.

App switching on iPad is broken App switching on my iPad is broken. I only switch between e.g. Safari and one other app (e.g. Pages) and the website already reloads when switching back. Same for other apps. Often apps “reload” as if I killed them. This is super annoying because normal workflows like taking some notes no longer work. app switching when i go to switch apps on my iPhone xr it’s sort of aggressive and not smooth like my friends phone (iphone xr). does it do this for anyone else!? does anyone know why?
