Itunes won't play through desktop speakers

Trying to get itunes to play through my Windows 10 desktop speakers (headphones)

I found the answer in another post.

From iTunes select Edit/Preference/playback

Change "Playback Audio Using" to "Direct Sound"

That worked for me.
