iPhone XR 64GB storage full issue

It's not just the apps, it's the data they keep stored on the device. Sounds like you're on the right track deleting photos -- but be aware that when you delete them, they aren't immediately taken off the phone -- they go into the album "Recently Deleted", where they still take up the same space they did before. You can select the photos in that album and then "Delete" in which case they really will free up space.

I'd also check your Library in the TV app on the phone in case you have a number of movies or TV shows stored there - that can totally fill up your device.

FYI, rather than selecting each image by checking it's box, you can press and swipe down through the entire album, mass-setting the checkboxes in one go. A little tricky to get the hang of it but a real time- and thumb-saver.

You need to update to 13.6.1.

I have the same problem as above. I also have iCloud which is not full. My phone is updated with the latest update iOS 13.6. I had to delete many apps and pictures off my pone (and from messages). Storage again says it's full.
