We just got Apple open up the App Store to my region. but a lot of google apps including Google Photos are not available when I switch to my region from the US app store.
Kindly advise how can get these google apps please.

Google needs to make them available in your region. Each developer is responsible for allowing there apps to be available in a specific country's App store.
If the App store just became available there, not all developers may have made their apps available there yet. Google may be working to add them to your region.
