Hope I can explain this. When I try to download an App, it tells me to double click on a small icon in the corner of the screen. However, the icon is only partially visible and is jumping and wiggling around!! I can’t click on it.

THANK YOU!!! I honestly think that is strange. With 98% of activity on the IPad being touch screen, it seems a little bizarre to actually have to press a button!! Oh well... 🤷♀️
