Books is aka iBooks on High Sierra, and located in your /Applications folder. Apple renamed it after the release of Mojave and later.

Can’t see PDF books on the books app on Mac So I recently downloaded some PDFs to the books app on my phone. All my devices are synced together so I can see it on my IPad but not on my Mac. I have the sync settings on, on my Mac but when I go to iCloud Drive in system preferences it doesn’t have books as an option.
