iMac order delivered 17 Jul 2020

I heard about the new iMac release and"boy" it upset me. Reason?I had a top of the line fully optioned / maxxed out model that was delivered 17 Jul after ordering 23 Jun after WWDC. I'm not happy as you fulfilled my order whilst knowing that the 2020 model was to be released in 2 weeks. I also recently bought 2 ipad pros + magic keyboards + pens last month along with various product over the years. As a result I now miss out on truetonbe, better chip + other enhanced. On order I compromised by taking 2tb ssd when I could have got the 4tb ssd that I wanted. Sorry to vent but this experience has not been the greatest. Cheers, Douglas

Hey Dougy,

We had no idea new models were going to be released, everyone here is an end user just like you. Apple is our hosts, they do not read or participate in these forums. Why don’t you call AppleCare, oh and try being a little nicer.
