I am getting audio but no picture on my tv since installing the above update. Here is a screenshot of the message on the tv. It was working fine before the update. I have the Apple TV app on my iPad. Any ideas please?

First, we want to verify that the adapter works by plugging in another device with a Lightning connector. Also, you want to verify that the HDMI cord is functioning by connecting an HDMI-enabled device directly to the TV.
Once you are able to verify this, let's try unplugging the iPad from the adapter and restarting it: Restart your iPad. Test again.
