Touch ID stop working

i have bought macbook pro 2020 in month of june. it was working fine for 2-3 day and after that macbook stop giving option to power up macbook with touch id. i have to write passward every single time when i power up my macbook. what should i do?

why does touch id not work for my macbook I have brought a MacBook with a problem regarding Touch ID. It docent work unless close my laptop without shutting down (closing the lid), but does not open when I turn it on. Any ideas on how to help?

That's normal. You need to enter the password when you boot up. TouchID works when you wake up the Mac from sleep.
