code 32000000 appears when i try to make a purchase

I've been trying to make an in-app purchase. It keeps telling me that my purchase can't be completed. Then the error code 32000000 appears and it says apple purchase exception. Does anyone know how to solve this. My payment methods are working, cards are not declined. I don't have unfinished payment. I don't have any active subscription. I don't have any unused balance.
