Password attempt and locked out

Hi! So apparently I tried entering my passcode too many times and I’m locked out of my watch. It tells me to reinstall it but when I go to my apple watch app on my phone I can’t! I’m super frustrated and need my watch in my life lol. Can you help me figure out how to reinstall it?
