Macbook Fan

I got a brand new 2020 Macbook Pro YESTERDAY and the fan is sooo loud and I am worried that something might be wring. Is this common and I am overreacting or unusual? Even when I use it on my desk which is most of the time

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

New MacBook Pro and Air have this issue.

Fan is really loud.

I think the cooling system is not sufficient to deal with the processors speed in the new model.

Maybe because Apple has not linked the heat sink to the fans but I'm not a specialist.
