My MacOS Catalina frequently overheats when performing easy tasks

So when watching YouTube or practically going on any other site, my computer overheats. It started doing this in April or May I think, and I don't know why.

What version is it?

10.15.5 MacOS Catalina, made in 2020

(It's kinda new, I think I got it in ~February-Marchish?)
