Why my photos don't upload in iCloud

I have 2TB in my iCloud, but my photos don't want to upload. What can I do? Can I upload them by hand?

Problem Uploading all Photos to iCloud I am trying to upload my photos to iCloud. I just purchased the 50 GB of iCloud storage. When I backed up my photos to iCloud only about 1,000 of my 5,000 photos actually uploaded to my iCloud. Why aren't they all uploading and how do I get them to upload? I know I have plenty of iCloud storage as I just upgraded.

iCloud photos i have 2TB on my iCloud storage, but some of my newest photos are not uploading on my iCloud. I do not have full iPhone or iCloud storage, I have newest updates on my iPhone and I have reset it. please help me.

Providing you have enough device storage, are you plugging in the device and connecting it to WiFi?
