Can I block numerous numbers by the area code they are in?

Is there a way for me to do a mass scam-block of calls from the same area code, rather than having to block each number that calls? All are coming from 628/629 area codes of Chula Vista, CA & Novato, CA; all are claiming to be Apple; all are stating to call their toll free number of (315) 232-8257 [not toll-free in my book, and not Apple]. There have been at least 20 calls throughout the day.
