My husband has gotten 24 calls in a week on his iPhone 13 from people wanting to sell him pain medication. The numbers are from our 408 area code followed by 709-47##. Is it possible to block all 709 numbers so he doesn’t have to individually block every number that rotates?
I recently started using Simple Call Blocker on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It's free. I only have two area code + prefix numbers blocked & seems to be working well.

Blocking Out Spammers:
Use Malwarebytes Mobile Security. The free version blocks popups. The paid version blocks out known spam numbers. So, consider using it. It you had it installed, then this may never had occurred. Read the following post to see how to use this software: Blocked numbers - Apple Community
Your iPhone cannot block groups like that. However, perhaps your cellular carrier offers such a service.
