Itunes and app store off in settings

I recently (Ish) changed my Apple ID email to a different email and since, I can’t properly sign into the iTunes and app stores. When I go into my settings the iTunes and App Store are turned off. When I press it to sign in it says “could not sign in, authentication failed”. Also when I try to sign into the App Store itself it says that this Apple ID hasn’t been used in the store before needs reviewed. Everything works perfectly fine on my phone just not my IPad (pro). I’ve tried: shutting it down (multiple times) and resetting all settings then shutting down and back on.

To anyone who had the same problem as me: after contacting Apple support and trying all options (i.e. signing in and out of Apple ID, resetting all settings, resetting network settings, shutting down, making sure time zones are correct, no restrictions in screen time, making sure device is updated complete) the only option was to completely wipe it. Figuring it was a software problem. I didn’t chose to do that as I have no way of backing it up. Instead, I signed into the iTunes and App Store with a different Apple ID, not associated with the other in any way. This didn’t prompt up the activation failure, so it works. Just all the apps you bought on the other won’t update.
