As stedman1 says, scam scam scam scam. Apple will not call you unsolicited, period.
Take his advice, please.
This is a user to user forum - so no one here can confirm whatever info you might have about this 'caller' - but it is a SCAM.
As stated, that is, and always will be a scam.

I received a call from Apple (apparently), saying that there was an attempt of ID stealing on my account, asking to press 1 to talk to someone. I did it and I strted talking to this person.
I didn't contact Apple. They did it.
Also, he made me download a remote support program to operate on my pc and also used Team Viewer to work on it.
If you had not previously contacted Apple, any call you received would have been from a scammer. If you allowed the criminal to access your computer, you should immediately change all passwords that have ever been used in that computer. Further, if you divulged financial information, immediately contact your bank and information them of the scam.
It was a scam. If he was on your computer, he may have installed some software that could be collecting data. If you have a backup made before you allowed him access, I suggest you restore that backup to remove any possible installed software.
