I have an Apple ID Card on file on my cell here too buy 50!GB a month .. I got a receipt sent too my email yesterday where it took it off my card .. Right now It’s telling me too buy more ? My storage is full ? I don’t need anymore?

I have an Apple ID Card I bought only too buy 50 GB a month for 99 cents a month .. it’ was 15 dollars.. I have 12 dollars on there still! I got a receipt Yesterday For buying 99 cent a month ICloud storage ! Now my cell is telling me too free up my storage it’s full too buy more GB ?? I don’t need no more ?? Why is this Happening? I only got a iTunes Apple Card the blue one which has been used by you guys 3 times so why is my cell asking me too buy More ? Like it’s telling me I have 32 no I have 50 ??
