good evening apple community i hope you’re re doing well,

i have an iPad pro and i accidentally broke the front screen to be specific, and in Saudi Arabia we don't have an apple store, so i was wondering if i can make an appointment and send my iPad to one of you're stores and fix it.

You cannot send an iPad internationally to Apple. Apple also doesn't replace iPad screens. Apple offers out of warranty replacements for about 60% of the original price of the iPad when it was new.


You do have Apple Authorized Service Providers in Saudi Arabia, so you need to contact them. Here's a link you can use for SA --> https://www.apple.com/sa/contact/
