Hi Cannoli38,

We understand you are inquiring about Mailbox behaviour in Mail for Mac.

'No Message Selected' means that no email in the Inbox/Folder is currently selected.

Can we ask, are there any emails in the mailbox you are viewing? And if so, once you select them, does the 'No Message Selected' prompt disappear?

If there are no emails in the mailbox, you can drag emails to the mailbox to add them, then once added, select the mailbox and select the email.

Hope this helps!

Hi Karina184,

Thank you for your response. It appears that all the mail from that particular address was in the Archived Folder. I have no idea how that happened. I ended up just copying and pasting the emails back into the folder of the correct email address. It has been working fine ever since. How they got into the Archived folder to being with I don't know.

Regards.
