These are different Apple ID’s. I try to sign in and it just loads until it just stops trying. It has nothing to do with the Apple ID either because I tried to sign in with the one I use on my phone and it won’t work on my iPad either. I doubt it’s my connection because everything else works fine on the two iPads. I’m confused.

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect
Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Hard reset.
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
I can’t try with a different WiFi network. I tried all of that on one of the iPads and it didn’t help. It’s the one released this year. The one I’m using to type this right now has the same problems though. My phone can sign into the App Store and it’s using the same connection. I don’t get it but it seems like it’s an iPad problem even though they both load other stuff just fine.
So basically after trying to restore everything on the other iPad, now it won’t even download anything. So that means one iPad(and the other cant download updates or anything but can use the net)is useless until my internet company fixes what they called a random issue that happens with some things. They have no idea when it will be fixed. It sounds weird to me how my phone can work so great but I guess i have my answer.
