iPad 7th generation camera flash and flashlight missing?

Any flashlight or flash for the camera on 7th generation 10.2? WTH? I would like to take evening pictures. I have looked everywhere. My old iPhone has better features

It’s not missing, it never had it. Only the Pro models have flashes.
