The screen time password reset process does not work. I just get taken back to the wait 60 minutes display due to multiple failed attempts. Cant reset or restore iPad either, as this seems to be disabled on account of the screen time issue. My iPhone with my same appleID is working fine, with no screen time issues.

You will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
I have deleted my child’s account from the screen time.
I cant turn of screen time for myself! To turn of screen time for me requires the passcode, which I cant change or turn off.
I have been following forgot passcode, and putting in my Apple ID and password but this is not resetting the screen time passcode, just adding another 60 minutes wait delay. I have used my Apple ID and turned of screen time on my iPhone with no problems.
