Purchased iCloud storage
I purchased more storage on my phone. At first it appeared but now I’m back to 16 gb. Is there a way to fix it without paying again?

You don't have more storage on your phone if you buy more iCloud storage.
iCloud storage is not the same as storage on your iPhone.
