iPad on an HDMI TV screen; picture quality.

Hi,

I sometimes link my iPad to a TV monitor using the HDMI connector. I notice that the picture quality is not as good on the TV as it is on the iPad when I do so: it isn't as sharp, text is a little fuzzy around the edges as are outlines. I tried adjusting the picture quality on the TV without any real improvements. I suppose the reason is because the iPad picture is calibrated to be displayed on that device's specific resolution or display quality, and transposing it onto another monitor with a different resolution or display quality isn't quite smooth. Any suggestions?
