iCloud Drive on Windows not showing all folders and files

The iCloud Drive folder on Windows 10 does not show all files and folders despite those files and folders being available on iCloud Driver on the web browser.

It is also strange because the iCloud Drive folder on Windows does not show a file however when I enter that file or folder name in the "Search iCloudDrive" on windows folder, it returns the search result with the exact file name that did not appear in the first place.

Hey Iclouduserriyadh,

We understand you're having issues seeing some of your iCloud Drive files on your Windows PC.

We're happy to hear the files are showing up on the iCloud website though, as this lets us know they're successfully uploaded to iCloud. Now we just gotta make sure that information is syncing over to Windows as it should.

To start, let's be sure everything is set up properly using the steps found here:

Set up and use iCloud for Windows

Specifically be sure to review the "See your files and folders with iCloud Drive" section after ensuring everything is set up properly.

We hope the info above helps out. Take care!
