My trackpad pointer jumps around the screen or is non-responsive. My mouse has only slightly better control. I have tried all Apple Support help suggestions but with no improvement. Any ideas? Thanks. Josh

Most times I find the issue is due to either a failing Trackpad or a swollen battery which is pressing against the trackpad causing it to misbehave. You should have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop and provide you with a repair estimate.
