1. Thank you for the reply ,
there r no such software in my mac
2. no , this mac is with me since 2017, everything was perfect until macOS monterey 12.1……
Typo error or correct macOS Monterey 12.1.
If typo error OK.
If really Monterey 12.1 - it is Beta Software and expect to have issues present in this version.

Am sure one has check the various setting in System Preference >> Trackpad and adjusted to ones likings ?
One other thing - try booting into Safe Mode https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201262 and run this way just long enough to Test if the same issue is presented.
To exit Safe Mode - just do a normal restart.
thank you for the help, in safe mode, the entire macOS is getting unbelievable slow and non-responsive , it's hard to know whether it happens or not, but when i restart again to normal mode, the problem it still there.

Must ask -
1 - Were or are there any Disk Cleaners, Optimizers and UnInstaller installed and or used ?
They are not needed. They will often times attempt to Modify, Alter, Remove or Delete elements of the Operating System requiring a Re-Installation.
2 - When the computer was initially setup - was Migration Assist used to bring over everything from an older computer to this machine ?
Does it happen in Safe Mode? That boot up takes minutes.
Thank you for the reply ,
Is there any evidence of a Swollen Battery which if it is, could be pressuring up under the Trackpad.
thank u so much for the reply , but it works fine with big sur, the moment i update to monterey, the moment the trackpad out of control begins.
Open Activity Monitor and observe if there is very high CPU usage when you have the trackpad problems.
it starts from the moment the macOS starts up to the moment i shut down, the problem is happening in the entire period…. but it works normally in Big Sur.
