IPhone 11 camera problems

Some of my camera settings seem to have changed and I don’t know how to revert. The shortcut to camera is now unusable as part of shot is shown in top left corner but nothing else is visible (see screenshot). Accessing from camera app, menu bar has moved to left hand side & when you playback photo from here menu at top can’t be seen (see screenshot). The photos save in my camera scroll horizontally. If anybody knows how to correct these issues I’d be grateful! Thanks
