WhatsApp Business

I have an iphone 11 plus, whatsapp is in the phone, but not on the home screen, the only way of getting it open, is to swipe down, ans search, then i can open it. Has anyone had the same problem, or can resolve this, as i don't want to delete my Business account, if i do i will lose all my data.

Whatsapp message search not working after changing to new iphone Hello, I recently changed phones and whatsapp search is not working properly, I transfered everything via icloud to my new phones including the chat backups for whatsapp, but when I try to search for a word in general search bar or contact sesrch bar in whatsapp it shows “Preparing Results 0%) and it gets stuck like that for hours, not a single message shows up (even the ones I recieved after the backup) I tried to backup the chat, delete whatsapp, redownload and restore chats 4 times! I tried restarting my phone and connecting to different wifis as well as celluar data. I’m just so lost. I tried everything online that I could find. Does anyone have a solution for this? Please help :(

It may be on some folder. When you search does it show where the app is.

When i swipe down from the top screen and search, it shows up, ive checked all of my home screen, and its not there

Sorry, it doesnt show me where its stored, i dont have that option you have, the iphone i have is from Hong Kong, Dual sim
