Spotlight said "extension com.apple.safari.safariquicklookpreview" when I want to preview safari websites

I don't know why but I can't preview websites that I've visited before in spotlight.

When I type something in spotlight (websites address) spotlight returns "extension com.apple.safari.safariquicklookpreview not found".

I tried to trace the file in the safari but the file "safariquicklookpreview.appex" is exist.

So I confused why spotlight can't find it. Also I tried to index my system but still no luck.

Any help?
