iPhone won’t switch on

Hi, my wife’s iPhone XR wouldn’t open any apps. We turned it off then on again but it has been stuck on a reboot. We have tried to hard reset, connect to iTunes to update and restore but nothing seems to fix it.

Do we need to buy a new phone? The phone is 16 months old

Error 9 means your device was disconnected..


Error 1668 could mean it does not recognize your phone because it was disconnected.


Bad cable or you bumped it out of the computer during a restore.
