Coin dozer not honouring purchased coins

I have purchased coins in this app four times now and haven’t received them ; I wrote to the developer twice and haven’t heard back from them what can I do?

We understand that you're having an issue receiving the items purchased within an app. Contacting the developer is the direction provided in Buy additional app features with in-app purchases and subscriptions. It's also noted in this article, under section: Learn More, that you can request a refund if needed. You'll find the directions for this process are provided in the following article.


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
