Refund for APP purchased for Apple Watch
I purchased Pillow Premium thinking it would work well on my Apple Watch -- it does not. It continues to show inaccurate information -- other sleep apps work fine, but this one does not. I have contacted them and they said to re=install and re-try -- which I did, but it still reports my sleep inaccurately.
When I try to request a refund, they say I have to contact Apple and ask for a refund through Apple's problem reports page --- where is that page?
