Hi I recently couldn’t access WhatsApp because of a memory issue. I cleared some space and then tried, but all the contacts showed only numbers and no names.. I thought it might be an error with WhatsApp and reinstalled it. Now it says Whatsapp has no access to the iphone’s contacts. When I go to settings>privacy>contacts, there is no list of apps and it shows only an empty page.
That has happened to me some weeks ago, too. What fixed it for me was reseting the privacy settings. Go to settings>general>reset>reset location and privacy. Hope this helps :)
